Personalization

The quick answer is that a higher-resolution photo produces a higher-quality printed image. But if your favorite photo is not clear enough, please continue ordering and our design team will use our advanced technology to make a blurry photo clear.

Our designer will manually process your order using the images and text you’ve provided. From there, we’ll create a preview to send to you within 1-2 days. It will be sent to the email you provided with your order, so please keep an eye on your inbox during this time.

Once you approve the preview, your item will proceed to production, and you will receive updates on your order status, including a tracking number once it ships.

If we don’t receive a response from you within 48 hours of sending the preview email, we’ll proceed with printing and shipping your order. Since your custom design is carefully crafted by our designer, there will likely be no design errors.

Yes, we can accommodate special requests for custom designs. Please contact our customer service team with your requirements, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

Orders

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Absolutely! During checkout, simply enter the recipient’s address as the shipping address, and we’ll take care of the rest.

 

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us here and provide your order number along with the specific changes you would like to make. We will confirm once the modification or cancellation has been processed.

Cancellation and Modification Window: Orders are eligible to be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of placement. After this time, orders are locked for processing and cannot be altered.

Shipping

We currently ship with the following global shipping partners: FedEx, USPS, UPS, DHL, Canada Post, Royal Mail, Aramex, Australia Post and GLS.

Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor the delivery status of your package.

Or simply click here to track your order status. All orders come with tracking once they are processed (within 5-7 days). If you haven’t received a shipping notification yet, it means your order is still in production.

All you need to track your order is your Order ID and your email.
Please make sure to enter the exact email address that was used to place your order. You can find your order ID at the top of you order and shipping confirmation email.

Orders will usually be processed within 2 – 3 business days of your design approval and delivered within 3-7 business days. Please note that we don’t ship on weekends.

Refund & Returns

Because our products are made-to-order, it will only quality for return, replacement or exchange if the item is:

  1. Different from the description or sample shown to you.
  2. Damaged due to the fault of our factory or the carrier.
  3. Not what you ordered.

In the rare case, your order is delivered damaged or you notice a defect, let us know as soon as you receive your order and we’ll replace it for you right away! To begin:

1. Take a few photos clearly showing the issue with the canvas, along with photos of front and back of the canvas, and the box it was shipped in (if the box was also damaged).
2. Please email us, and allow 24-48 hours for processing.
