How long will it take to ship out my order?

• For all your orders, we will handle the image processing and design manually before moving into the printing process.
• We will send the first draft to your email within 1-2 days (with unlimited revisions until you’re happy with the final product).
• If after we send the draft, if we do not receive a response from you within 48 hours, we will proceed with printing that version to send to you.
• 99% of orders will leave the warehouse within 2-5 business days of your design approval.
• For orders in the United States after processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take from 3-7 business days to arrive at their destination.
• For orders in Europe, Canada, Australia,United Kingdom after processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take from 7-14 business days to arrive at their destination.
• We will notify you by email when your items have been shipped.

Exception:

For orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other countries, please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery.

Delays may occur due to Holidays and/or any unforeseen events such as flood or typhoon. Please do note as well that custom inspections can be a factor during shipment.

Where are the products being made and shipped from?

Our products are 100% printed and shipped from the US.

When will I receive tracking information on my orders?

Tracking numbers will be automatically sent to you via the email provided in our system when your items have been shipped.

Why isn’t the tracking data showing on my tracking number?

Tracking numbers may take up to 7-10 days after an order has been processed for tracking data to show.

What shipping methods do we provide?

We are collaborating with USPS, UPS & DHL, offering standard, express, & international shipping on all of our products. Shipping prices vary based on the size/weight of the order.

Can I ship the order to multiple addresses?

We only offer single destination shipping. If you wish to ship to multiple locations, please order separately with separated addresses.

Will VAT taxes be charged?

We do not collect any tax for international shipping. All taxes and duties fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
