Before applying any effects, our artist will first perform essential adjustments:

-Sharpen the image, remove blemishes, and adjust lighting and color balance.
-Add any necessary effects.
-Adjust the distance between subjects if needed.
-Merge subjects from multiple photos into one cohesive image.
Step 2: Creating Effects
Once the basic edits are complete, our artist will apply the chosen effects to your photo or redraw it using specialized software.
Step 3: Final Layout
Finally, we will arrange the components—your edited photo and any accompanying text—on the template to create the best artwork for printing.
We will send the first draft to your email within 1-2 days (with unlimited revisions until you’re happy with the final product).
After we send the draft, if we do not receive a response from you within 48 hours, we will proceed with printing that version to send to you.

While we want every order to be perfect, mistakes can happen occasionally. We can offer reproductions and refunds for your orders if there are order mistakes. If you are submitting a reproduction or refund request, please include photo evidence of your product in your order.

- You receive the wrong product in your order.
- The order is lost in transit, and the initial shipping address was correct.
